These courses are designed for students wanting to fast track their success after school and achieve passion, profit, and progression. Courses are divided into cohorts of 14-18yrs and 18+. Parents of Boss Leaders are invited to dedicated parent training to be with like-minded parents and how to support their student as they navigate the transition to adulthood and the work world. 

While the goals are very similar, the information and exercises for each cohort will be age and pace appropriate. 

Seniors in high school over 18 can choose which cohort they would like to attend. 

A "Founding Member" is a trailblazer and wants to be in the first wave of Boss Leaders to take a course, provide specific feedback, get a greatly reduced price, and support YBL in making the best course and community possible.  Founding Member opportunities will only be offered once per course. 

The weekly sessions are geared towards Boss Leaders, so we ask that parents attend the dedicated parent sessions instead. 

Siblings taking the Boss Leader's Success After School course are welcome to take the course in the same session at no additional charge. If a sibling would like to take the course in a later session, there is a 50% discount.
