The courses are designed for Boss Leaders ages 15-20 and Parents of Boss Leaders. Sessions will be broken out into cohorts. It will be very important for to identify the Boss Leader's age on the checkout page so students can be put into the appropriate cohort.  

A "Founding Member" is a trailblazer and wants to be in the first wave of Boss Leaders to take a course, provide specific feedback, get a greatly reduced price, and support YBL in making the best course and community possible.  Founding Member opportunities will only be offered once per course. 

The weekly sessions are geared towards Boss Leaders. Please discuss with your Boss Leader what is best for you both.  If you do join, please only have the Boss Leader participate in the polls and comments.  

Parents of Boss Leaders that do not attend are welcome to watch the replays and attend the Parents of Boss Leaders Call Series. 

We welcome siblings taking the course in the same session to attend at no extra cost. If a sibling would like to take the course in a later session for the personalized experiences, there is a 50% discount. 

We also offer a $50 referral credit for each friend or group you refer to any session.  Once your friend or individual in the group registers and pays for the class, a credit will be sent to you. Siblings are not eligible for the referral credit. Please let us know who you are referring so we can identify when to send you a credit.

We know Boss Leaders are at different levels of awareness and readiness when it comes to deciding to fearlessly create meaningful work.  That's exactly why we don't jump directly into the mechanics of how to achieve goals or find meaningful work without also helping teens understand why having a good transition helps them personally achieve what's important to them. 

This course puts meaningful work into context and introduces it in a positive way to foster curiosity, eliminate fear of the unknown, and experience things they haven't thought about yet. How can anyone make decisions or get excited about something they haven't experienced yet?  Getting "buy-in" and embracing the future are key results achieved by the end of this course.
